Poor customer service experience with Prestige Realty

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6466-LAL-9444 placed with Prestige Realty on September 21, 2015. I paid $186.9 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Manuela R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
