Misleading advertising by Prestige Realty

On March 30, 1974, I signed up for Prestige Realty's exchange program at their Janessafort, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $341.32, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Magdalena V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
