I have been a loyal customer of Tech Core Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-6165-QEJ-1876) on October 24, 2009, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
