Unsatisfactory resolution from Tech Core Inc.

On April 6, 1985, I signed up for Tech Core Inc.'s setup assistance at their Murrayland, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $646.22, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Celine G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
