I purchased a solution from CyberPulse on January 23, 2017. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Keshaun I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
