False promises made by Reliable-Development representative

On March 30, 1983, I signed up for Reliable-Development's warranty service at their Lake Lewshire, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $611.77, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rey E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
