I have been a loyal customer of Ultimate Build for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-5493-XTE-1417) on April 23, 1996, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
