I am writing regarding order #ORD-1268-VIF-3012 placed with CareerPath Coaching on April 28, 2025. I paid $168.51 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered received a damaged replacement item. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Trinity C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking CareerPath Coaching to make this right by fix their misleading advertising.

I've received an email from Robert Hernandez at CareerPath Coaching offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The camera was clearly defective from the start.
