On December 4, 2022, I signed up for AIEdge's upgrade service at their Waldoland, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $655.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alejandra J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
