I have been a loyal customer of AIEdge for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-5254-BJO-5837) on May 18, 1994, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
