I purchased a software from Premier Practice Services Inc. on April 10, 2009. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Bernadette E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
