Warranty claim denied by Premier Practice Services Inc.

On December 14, 2000, I signed up for Premier Practice Services Inc.'s setup assistance at their West Lillianamouth, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $150.47, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cydney P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
