Warranty claim denied by Smart Training Learning

On December 26, 2006, I signed up for Smart Training Learning's training session at their New Raymundo, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $230.99, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marjory V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
