False promises made by Savory & Dining Corp. representative

On August 7, 1990, I signed up for Savory & Dining Corp.'s maintenance program at their Davinside, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $320.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Daren W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
