False promises made by Attorney Team of Just Windsor representative

I want to report a serious concern with Attorney Team of Just Windsor's solution that I purchased on April 3, 2008 from your Cormierborough, Virginia store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Alvah N., but my issue remains unresolved.
