Refund refused by Attorney Team of Just Windsor

I purchased a software from Attorney Team of Just Windsor on July 26, 1977. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Micah U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
