I am writing regarding order #ORD-9792-EEQ-9940 placed with Hyper-Edge Fortaleza on March 30, 2004. I paid $456.9 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kareem A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
