Center of Training Jaipur refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with Center of Training Jaipur's membership that I purchased on May 7, 1970 from your Stehrhaven, Oklahoma store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ashly K., but my issue remains unresolved.
