I am writing regarding order #ORD-6357-KVY-5802 placed with NanoCloud Systems International on December 12, 1996. I paid $620.82 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Devonte T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
