On March 6, 2004, I signed up for Thinkers of Excellence's setup assistance at their Orionport, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $939.47, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jamil W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
