I have been a loyal customer of Thinkers of Excellence for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-7996-XSZ-2675) on May 30, 1984, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
