Refund refused by AppCyber

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9688-LGO-9637 placed with AppCyber on October 23, 2014. I paid $417.54 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mae J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
