I want to report a serious concern with AppCyber's solution that I purchased on September 1, 2010 from your Feilfort, District of Columbia store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Virginia I., but my issue remains unresolved.
