Unresolved issue with Choice Consultants Khon Kaen product

On May 17, 2012, I signed up for Choice Consultants Khon Kaen's troubleshooting service at their Lake Liliana, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $494.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Art I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
