I have been a loyal customer of Quality Spot for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-6832-YRX-5157) on February 2, 2018, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
