Quality Spot refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8715-QGI-8423 placed with Quality Spot on May 30, 2019. I paid $658.92 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rachelle T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
