Smart-Logic Pak Kret failed to honor their commitment

I purchased a subscription from Smart-Logic Pak Kret on December 9, 1982. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Marquis E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
