Unresolved issue with The Scholar Studies product

On July 15, 1972, I signed up for The Scholar Studies's installation service at their East Noahberg, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $300.92, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Floy X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
