I want to report a serious concern with BalanceCare Portland Inc.'s appliance that I purchased on September 5, 2018 from your West Janiyabury, Missouri store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Delphine M., but my issue remains unresolved.
