I have been a loyal customer of BalanceCare Portland Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-7158-WDN-5465) on June 15, 2016, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
