FusionChip Dynamics failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6190-CUZ-1295 placed with FusionChip Dynamics on March 5, 1975. I paid $973.7 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Orlando T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
