I have been a loyal customer of UrbanTrend for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-3210-AAL-5071) on November 5, 1990, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
