False promises made by TechLink Systems representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4963-IEY-4927 placed with TechLink Systems on August 23, 1998. I paid $958.91 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Delphia J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
