System crash after TechLink Systems product update

On August 17, 2014, I signed up for TechLink Systems's training session at their West Orphaland, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $898.53, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sadye Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
