I am writing regarding order #ORD-9684-ZPP-5157 placed with Fare Kitchens on August 7, 1975. I paid $648.28 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lew E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
