I purchased a product from Fare Kitchens on September 5, 2009. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Eloy B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
