I purchased a application from Hyper App LLC on November 9, 1987. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Karolann Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
