I am writing regarding order #ORD-4229-LGF-1885 placed with Super Trade Co Ltd. on April 29, 1978. I paid $964.62 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marcelino P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
