I am writing regarding order #ORD-8592-UFQ-9598 placed with Modern Land Enterprises on May 5, 2021. I paid $243.45 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cristobal K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
