Quality issues with Practice, Practice & Partners product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2012-OYN-9037 placed with Practice, Practice & Partners on October 19, 2013. I paid $594.47 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tess H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
