I am writing regarding order #ORD-3954-GRH-4874 placed with Legal Associates, Associates Barrie LLC on January 18, 1982. I paid $755.82 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cheyanne B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
