Refund refused by Luxury Homes Group Valencia International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8945-OHW-6995 placed with Luxury Homes Group Valencia International on July 5, 2021. I paid $446.93 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Laisha T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
