I am writing regarding order #ORD-6240-XDV-8058 placed with Luxury Homes Group Valencia International on January 7, 1991. I paid $593.52 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cristian E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
