CloudCore Innovations Inc. refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4964-QCM-6873 placed with CloudCore Innovations Inc. on September 19, 2021. I paid $62.40 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gregory V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
