Billing dispute with Properties Bros LLC

On May 23, 2007, I signed up for Properties Bros LLC's warranty service at their Konopelskimouth, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $929.94, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Brennon A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
