Supply Place Ltd. provided defective product

On April 27, 2002, I signed up for Supply Place Ltd.'s training session at their Horacetown, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $255.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carlie S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
