Quality issues with Homemade Kitchen Essentials product

On August 2, 2015, I signed up for Homemade Kitchen Essentials's consultation at their Ziemeport, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $270.16, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Berenice E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
