I want to report a serious concern with Artisan & Dining's item that I purchased on April 12, 1983 from your Lake Blanchefort, New York store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Guillermo U., but my issue remains unresolved.
