Frustrated with Counsel Advocates, Advocates Glasgow's lack of response

I purchased a plan from Counsel Advocates, Advocates Glasgow on November 9, 1988. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jennifer D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
