Warranty claim denied by Counsel, Counsel & Associates

I purchased a unit from Counsel, Counsel & Associates on April 26, 2020. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Sadye W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
